Our team has litigated and actively defended toxic exposure cases involving personal injury and wrongful death claims in Illinois and Missouri for over 30 years. With our office in downtown St. Louis, Missouri, we are a short walk from the courthouse in St. Louis and short drives to Madison County, IL and St. Clair County, IL. We represent our clients in asbestos, benzene, and other chemical exposure cases in these and other jurisdictions across Illinois and Missouri.

We do not take a “one size fits all” approach. We believe every client is unique and therefore we work to develop strategies with each client that best suit their needs. We have successfully designed and implemented defense strategies that offer predictable and transparent cost structures. We seek to control the cost of high-volume litigation and maximize the predictability of the outcome. We have worked with a team of software developers to build a custom platform in which to manage cases that results in more efficient staffing and a more cost controlled product to provide our clients.
